There’s a lot of advice out there. What’s harder to get from an article is someone in the room with you.
I’m a professionally certified executive and career coach based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with over 20 years in senior HR and leadership roles. That experience grounds our work in how organizations operate, the realities leaders face, and how decisions affect people and results.
I also bring my own lived experience. I’m happy to share parts of my story when useful, including some of the struggles and changes that have shaped where I am today.
