Career transitions touch more than our work.
Work can shift unexpectedly. Job loss, restructuring, or a growing sense that your career is evolving can raise important questions about where your work fits in your life.
Coaching creates space to step back and think things through. Through Lift, we look closely at your experience, strengths, and priorities to clarify the kind of work that fits the life you are building. Our conversations may include shaping how you present your experience, strengthening networking and outreach, preparing for interviews, or exploring possibilities such as a new role, portfolio work, or early-stage entrepreneurship.
Sessions draw on neuroscience-informed coaching along with reflection on your values, strengths, and past experiences so insights translate into practical action. We also make space for the emotional side of transition — uncertainty, frustration, or loss — so these experiences do not stall progress.
Coaching can be focused and short-term or continue over a longer period for deeper exploration and strategy. If existing options don’t fit your needs, we can design an approach that works with your timing and priorities.

Choosing the Right Level of Support
Career transitions don’t follow a fixed timeline. Sometimes a few focused conversations are enough to regain perspective, while other situations benefit from more time to think things through and rebuild direction. These coaching options allow the work to unfold at a pace that fits your goals and circumstances.

Agile coaching offers the flexibility to book individual sessions when you want space to think through something specific. Sometimes a focused conversation is all that’s needed to regain perspective.
These sessions can be helpful when you want to talk through a decision, prepare for a networking or interview conversation, reflect on an opportunity, or work through a particular moment in your career transition. Together we step back, look at the situation from different angles, and consider how you want to approach what comes next.
There is no long-term commitment. Sessions can be scheduled as needed when questions, decisions, or opportunities arise. Pricing is based on individual sessions, with additional fees if you choose to include assessments.

Flexible coaching provides structured support as you work through a career transition. Over a series of sessions, we have time to step back, look at the full picture of your career direction, and develop a thoughtful strategy for what comes next.
Pricing options are shared in advance and include the tools, assessments, and resources used throughout our work together. This format allows space for reflection while supporting steady progress as your ideas, conversations, and opportunities evolve.
Together we explore your experience, strengths, priorities, and the kind of work you want to move toward. Our work may include clarifying direction, reframing your experience, strengthening networking and outreach, supporting applications to opportunities, preparing for interviews, and evaluating options as they arise. We may also identify learning and development that would support your goals and strengthen your positioning. Where helpful, I may connect you with resources or contacts that support your search.
Between sessions you may use reflective exercises or resources that help deepen your thinking and maintain momentum. As your search progresses, there may also be moments when it makes sense to pause our sessions for a period of time while you focus on conversations or opportunities that are unfolding.
This format allows space for reflection while supporting steady progress as your ideas, conversations, and opportunities evolve.

Extended coaching creates the time to step back and look more broadly at your career while building a thoughtful strategy for what comes next. In addition to navigating an immediate transition, we may explore longer-term direction, leadership growth, or new possibilities such as portfolio work, advisory roles, board positions, or early-stage entrepreneurship.
With more time together, the work can move at a steady and thoughtful pace. We may examine patterns across your career, clarify the environments where you do your best work, and identify the strengths and experiences that position you for your next chapter. This often includes shaping how you communicate your professional story, strengthening networking and outreach, supporting applications to opportunities, preparing for interviews and leadership conversations, and evaluating options as they arise.
This format also creates space to test ideas and refine your approach as opportunities develop. For some clients, this includes identifying learning and development that may support a shift in direction, strengthening leadership presence, or exploring ways to expand their work through advisory roles, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
Because this engagement unfolds over a longer period, there may also be times when we pause sessions while you focus on interviews, conversations, or opportunities that are progressing.
Pricing for extended coaching is provided as a program investment rather than per session. The fee includes coaching sessions along with the tools, assessments, and resources used throughout our work together. This structure allows the focus to remain on the work itself as your thinking, opportunities, and direction continue to evolve.
