Emotional Intelligence Assessments

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to understand, manage, and effectively express your own emotions, as well as to interact with and respond skillfully to the emotions of others. Developing strong EI can elevate success by promoting more effective communication, reducing stress, resolving conflicts, enhancing relationships, and cultivating a greater sense of empathy.

To support your growth, below are two specialized assessment tools I use as part of my coaching practice or as a stand-alone services.

EQ360

The EQ 360 complements the EQ-i 2.0® by bringing in feedback from people around you — supervisors, colleagues, and team members who interact with your emotional presence every day. It offers a well-rounded view of how your emotional intelligence translates in real relationships.

This 360° lens is especially valuable for people in leadership roles, or anyone looking to bridge the gap between self-perception and how they’re seen by others.
