Personalized Coaching

Coaching is a focused conversation designed to help you think more clearly about your work, leadership, and the situations you are navigating. It offers space to pause, reflect, and talk through what matters most to you.

My role is to listen carefully, share observations, and ask thoughtful questions that help you look at situations from new angles. Coaching isn’t about fixing problems. It’s about creating the space to think things through and approach your work with greater awareness and intention.

In leadership coaching, we often focus on how you lead in practice — how you communicate, make decisions, and navigate complex situations at work. Our conversations may explore leadership presence, team dynamics, difficult conversations, or how to lead in a way that reflects your strengths and values.

We begin by looking at where you are now and what you would like to develop in your work or leadership. From there, we shape the coaching around your priorities, pace, and goals.

Coaching can take place in person, virtually, or through a combination of both, depending on what works best for you.
