Your presence is felt.
So is chaos.
Neuroscience-informed coaching to strengthen your skills and bring greater intention to your impact.
The way you communicate, make decisions and respond under pressure shapes more than your own experience. It influences the people around you, the conversations that happen, and how your team responds when things are difficult or uncertain.
Leadership coaching gives you an opportunity to look at how you lead, what you want to strengthen and what may need to change. You may want to develop a particular skill, work through a difficult relationship, respond differently under pressure, support your team through change, or think through a decision with significant consequences.
My approach is informed by neuroscience, bringing another lens to the patterns and reactions that influence how you think, communicate and respond. We can work on the skills themselves while also looking at what happens when you try to use them in the moments that matter.
The aim is greater choice in how you lead. That may mean building a new skill, changing an established pattern, trying a different approach or becoming more intentional about the impact you want to have.
The Work Beneath the Work
Understanding Yourself
Develop a deeper understanding of your strengths, values and patterns, and how they influence the way you communicate, relate to others and approach your role. Recognizing familiar patterns gives you more opportunity to decide what serves you and where you want to make a more intentional choice.
Expanding Your Range
What has served you well in one situation may not be what you need in another. As people, priorities, projects and expectations shift, familiar ways of thinking and responding can be easier to draw on. By noticing those patterns and experimenting with other responses, you begin to expand the range of choices available to you.
Growing Your Impact
How you show up affects the people around you, sometimes in ways that are easy to see and sometimes in ways that are less obvious. Becoming more attuned to how others experience you gives you greater choice in how you use your presence, relationships and influence.
Making it Your Own
Change becomes more sustainable when you have opportunities to put new insights into practice and learn from what happens. You decide what fits, what needs adjusting and what you want to keep working with. With practice and repetition, new ways of thinking and responding become more familiar, giving you more to draw on as new situations, relationships and challenges emerge.
The Support Behind Your Leadership
Leadership coaching can look different depending on what is happening in your role and what you want from the experience. You may have something specific you want to work through, want ongoing support as you grow into or within a role, or be participating in coaching sponsored by your organization. There are several ways we can work together, with the structure shaped around what you need.
-
Individual sessions offer flexibility when you want dedicated time to work through something that is important to you. You set the direction for the conversation, and we work with what is most useful to you in that moment. Sessions are booked as needed, with no ongoing commitment.
Pricing is based on individual sessions, with any additional fees for assessments discussed in advance.

Three months provides a structured coaching engagement while leaving room for the work to develop around you. We begin by establishing what you want from coaching, where you are now and what you would like to be different by the end of our time together. From there, we identify the areas you want to work on and how we will recognize progress.
Our work may draw on assessments, reflection tools and neuroscience-informed resources to deepen your understanding of yourself and how you lead. Sessions build on one another, while also making room for what is happening in your role at the time. What you notice and try between sessions becomes part of the work, allowing us to revisit, adjust and build on your learning as you go.
Partway through, we pause to look at what is changing and where you want to spend the remainder of our time. As the three months come to a close, we return to where you started, reflect on what you are taking with you and identify what you want to continue developing on your own.
Tools, assessments and materials are included, with pricing shared upfront and payment options available.

Sometimes a three- or six-month structure isn’t quite the right fit. A customized engagement can be shaped around what you or your organization is looking for, including the length of the engagement, frequency of sessions, assessments, areas of emphasis and other forms of support.
We begin with a conversation about what is needed and build the structure from there. The scope, approach and pricing are agreed upon upfront, while leaving room for the coaching itself to respond to what emerges along the way.
